1. In Omnisend dashboard - Automation > Navigate to https://app.omnisend.com/automation/list
2. Click "Review Follow-Up" - this is sent out 1 minute after the review has been posted and an automated email goes out to thank the customer
3. Click the first email content file - "You made our day."
4. Click "Edit content"
5. As you can see I added a gift bag as a thank you for the review. You can add a discount or anything you can think of.
6. Switch to your Shopify store dashboard and click on "Discounts"
7. Click "Discounts"
8. Click "Create discount" unless you have a discount already available.
9. Click "Amount off productsDiscount specific products or collections of products"
10. Click the "Discount code" field.
11. I have a free gift back so the discount is 100%! Click the "Search products" field.
12. Click "Red Gift Bag" or the product you want to add or you can add collections.
13. Click "All customers"
14. Click "No minimum requirements"
15. Click "Limit to one use per customer"
16. Click "Save"
17. Switch to tab Omnisend | Ecommerce Marketing Automation"
18. Click on the button that you have inserted into the section.
19. Click the "https://" field and add the link for the product that you are going to be discounting. and now click on "Finish setup"
