Here’s What Will Happen:
- I’ll share my list every Saturday right here. (DAY 1 prep starts tomorrow! Sunday!)
- I’ll include an AI prompt and a quick video to guide your next steps.
- One day each week is set aside for prep—whether that’s for the upcoming week or the whole month. Whatever works for you.
- You’ll have one small, doable task each day. I’ll post a reminder the day before to help you stay on track.
- In about 30 days, we’ll host an online Q&A to share wins, results, and ideas. Or hey, post them, or quietly celebrate. Your choice!

Change the list to suit your content. This list is just ideas that I came up with for general use. But the posting tips are great. Try and stick to those specifically.

Sunday Prep:
📝 Day 1 (Sunday):
- Use AI to generate 4 blog ideas based on your product, reviews, and origin story.
OR Write 1 blog using AI (focus on why your product helps your customer). - Add the blog to your Shopify blog or your website blog.
- If you don't have a blog - remember this is part of your content for emails and posts.
- Use AI to turn your blog into 5 social post ideas.
- Gather product images or grab one from your site (or a stock photo) and overlay with your product using Canva or tools like remove.bg.
A video will be available tomorrow to show you how to do it with prompts.
PRO TIP: You can also reuse an old blog and revive it.

Step 1. The prompt for AI is easy - start with an idea and theme for the month.
Start with your ideas about your product or services to educate your customers, or provide instructions on how to use your products. Any idea that you know somebody who will be interested in reading or learning.
HERE IS MY PROMPT: I need 4 titles for my blogs and social theme which will be - how to provision my boat before a trip - these tips include what to do mechanically on the boat, provisions for the boat, pre planning for the trip, what to take with, what we will need for emergencies and any other ideas.
Step 2. Once you have the titles, start with blog outlines
Ask AI to expand or write an article/blog about the subject and add a list.
I would like these to be broken into a blog series outline
PRO TIP: I take each section and build it out with more information - obviously with AI, but I give my ideas that AI can expand on.
Step 3. Create your first blog
HERE IS MY PROMPT: I need to write this blog conversational but also factual why we need to each step and lists.
The blog is not complete yet!!
Now ask AI to expand each section because you need as much information about for your visitors as they need when they pop in.
HERE IS MY PROMPT: write more for this section - if I cannot do this myself - what do I do - Mechanical Checks: Because You Can’t Sail a Broken Boat
PRO TIP: As you can see, these are not perfect prompts. I write as I speak, and probably should explain myself more. But that is how MY brain works. If AI does not give me a satisfactory answer, I start again.
Step 4. Add an FAQ for the blog.
Now I ask AI to create an FAQ for my blog - I copy and past without the Q or A and each Question will be h3 HTML>
Example:
Q: How far in advance should I start prepping my boat before a trip?
A: Ideally, start mechanical and provisioning checks 3–5 days before your departure. This gives you time to fix any issues, stock up on provisions, and avoid last-minute stress.
Step 5. Create a table of contents
We are going to create a table of contents for the blog with anchor links so that each section is linked to the top.
HERE IS MY PROMPT: Give me a table of contents for blog 1 - html and anchors TAGS to the sub titles
Example: This shows you my view in ChatGPT and my prompts and ideas. Don't fuss about how to do the prompts. I want you to test stuff out for yourself so you are comfortable creating content.
Step 6. Add everything to your blog
As you see in the video previously, copy and paste the table of contents to your blog page.
Then repeat this process with the section titles of your blog in the HTML that the AI generates.
Now add all the blog sections below the appropriate header.
Boom your blog is ready.
OH and link to your products or other information to your content if you can.
Step 7. Ask for social posts
PROMPT: Create 5 blog posts for my Facebook page and Instagram with hashtags
I added this to mine because I am posting it on my personal page as well, and make it conversational to a group or to my friends.
Now you have 5 posts for the week. You can schedule them at different times in Facebook/IG Calendar (Meta Business) if you don't have marketing software.
Ask for image ideas unless you already have some.
